All our onsite support is provided by The PC Guys - the technical support department of Right-Click. We don’t employ sales staff as we feel they don’t understand the complexities of IT systems. Instead The PC Guys are trained and certified engineers. When you buy a computer from Right-Click we will deal with technical problems on your behalf - a service never provided by standard electronics retailers. We can also provide after sales technical support if required and also facilitate installations in your home - we can arrange for an engineer to set up your new equipment and give you a demonstration on how everything works from Wifi & broadband installations to PC & printer setup
